About

I am a PhD candidate at the University of Cape Town specializing in Internet measurement and network optimization. My research focuses on building large-scale measurement systems to analyze Internet infrastructure, with expertise in BGP routing analysis, CDN locality measurement, and IP geolocation. I develop data-driven models using machine learning and causal inference to optimize peering decisions and improve network interconnection strategies.

Currently finalizing my PhD thesis. I also teach undergraduate courses in Network Engineering and Computer Networks at the University of Malawi.
